MATCH THIS SUNDAY 12/17 AT SHAWNEE HIGH SCHOOL

Sunday’s match is at Shawnee HS

8 & under is 8:15 check-in; 9 am start
9 & older is 11:15 check-in; 12 pm start

Varsity Duals team weigh-ins are 10 am (wrestling Wash Twp at 11 am and Shawnee at 12 pm). We’re still waiting on the opposing teams rosters to see how many kids will be wrestling Varsity on Sunday.

For a lot of kids, it’s their first time on the mat this season or ever, so we’d rather try and get them more competitive matches in the JV portion then throw them right into the Varsity duals if we dont have to. Bare with us, we’re working out wrestle offs for each weight, and figuring out who fits best in which session.

REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE IS STILL MALFUNCTIONING, BUT PAYMENT BUTTONS WORK FINE

Many parents have reported errors with the registration form when trying to register online. We’ve confirmed that the form isn’t working properly. We’ve also confirmed that the error is not ours, but rather somewhere up the line involving AWS and DocHub.

DocHub support has assured us that they are working diligently to correct this problem, and they expect that it won’t be more than a few days longer. We’re keeping our fingers crossed!

In the meantime, you can still print the forms (you just can’t fill out and sign them online). Also, the payment buttons are working just fine and are not connected to the error that’s affecting the form. So, even if you have to fill out a paper registration form, you can still use the buttons on the Registration page to make your payment.

We appreciate your patience while we continue to try working through this technical glitch, and we will post an update as soon as everything is back up and running smoothly!

PRESEASON PARENTS MEETING: MONDAY 11/20 @ 7PM AT TAVERN ON THE EDGE

We’re hosting a meeting for the parents of all wrestlers on Monday, November 20th at Tavern on the Edge (upstairs).

We’ll discuss a number of important things regarding the upcoming season including medical and safety issues, practice schedules, required paperwork, and several other essential topics. We recommend that all parents and guardians attend the meeting.
